Clare Bee

Clare Bee is the founder of B-hr Ltd and established her HR business in July 2000 following 14 year’s experience working for a subsidiary of the Mars Corporation, Masterfoods. After 5.5 years in business, Clare has developed and expanded her company year on year, with the recent re-branding of her business to B-hr Ltd in 2005, to better describe the broader services now offered.

Clare has a well developed level of experience gained over 11 year’s as a Human Resources Professional supporting and advising businesses of all sizes, within a variety of functions and across many diverse areas. Clare’s strengths are in generalist HR management, recruitment and selection, redundancy and outplacement.

B-hr Ltd has grown through its incorporation of professional Associates and Alliances which now allow an even wider range of services including; HR, Training, Health & Safety and Occupational Health services.. This approach allows clients to achieve the best service and solution to suit all of their needs. B-hr Ltd and associates now covers a very wide variety of industries from manufacturing, food, engineering, IT, financial services, pharmaceutical, leisure, insurance, telecommunications, utilities and horticulture. We are able to provide HR services operating at ‘grass roots’ and strategic HR levels.
